With holidays quickly approaching it is a lively time, a great time, but it can also be a very stressful time! For schools, it is almost exam time, too!!! This is a perfect time to have a STRESS FREE ZONE EVENT!
This simple event can work wonders for the mind, body, and soul!
- The first thing you could do is have some massage chairs.
- Then add essential oils to take home in sugar scrubs, or roll-ons!
- An O2 Bar is all the rage, (PURE Oxygen always helps!)
- Lastly, you can have your guests create a mini- Zen Garden to take home with them! AH!! Sounds great!
Spa music is always a nice addition, too!
